Do I have to set up an account to place an order?
To place an order you will have to create an account on the Modani website. This will allow you to see more detailed information about our items, make a wish list, view your purchase history and purchase your Modani item. If you already have an account, you can login entering the email and password you signed up with.
Modani ensures that all your details are kept safe. No personal information will be shared and payment details are not stored.
How do I create an account?
You can easily create your Modani account by clicking on the Login/Register icon , located in the menu at the top of our website. Then click on Sign Up and fill in the mandatory information, marked with an asterisk*. Finally, click on Submit.
You will receive a confirmation email with a password to the email address you provided when creating your account. Make sure to check your spam and junk folder as well. Please contact us if you need assistance or require more information.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
To reset your password, simply click on the "I forgot my password" link and enter the email address you used to create your account. You will then receive a password reminder email. You can then log in with your password as normal. If you have not received an email, check your junk or spam folder to see if the password reminder email was delivered there instead of in your inbox. How do I place an order on the Modani Website?
Shopping on the Modani Online Store is easy and safe. To browse our collection effortlessly, select a category from the navigation menu or browse our selections on the home page. If you are looking for something specific, use our site search option. The page of each item presents a description as well as the composition of the article.
Before placing an order make sure you are logged in with your Modani account. If you are ordering from the Modani website for the first time, please sign up
Once the checkout and payment has been completed, you will shortly receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.
You will receive another email with your track and trace, once the carrier picked up your order from our boutique and is ready for delivery or shipping. Please note that for security purposes, all Modani shipments require an adult signature upon delivery.

Our website features an extensive collection of our merchandise for online shopping. All items offered for sale on our Modani e-boutique are available within immediate shipment or withing 3 to 4 weeks.

How can I order a custom made design?
Modani provides personalized services that are accessible and allow you to design your dream jewelry piece. Your unique pieces can have a simple or complex design and can be tailored to any budget, style or taste.
Modani helps you figure out the details, examine all the options, and guides you through each step of creating a piece of custom jewelry. Your project is handled with the highest precision, care, and knowledge and we`ll tweak the details until you say it`s perfect.
In order to bring your ideas to life in a tailor-made piece of jewelry, we will have several conversations, through our design request form, emails, Skype, Zoom or WhatsApp. You can also book an appointment at our boutique with our jewelry experts and head designers, Hani and Moshe Danielov.
Step 1: Share your dream
The first step of ordering a custom made design is to share the ideas that you have of your dream jewelry. It can be through pictures, a design from our collection, a drawing or even a simple description. This will help us to understand what you have in mind and be able to guide you better.
Step 2: Get a quote
After you shared your dream piece with us, we will send you propositions of specific gemstone based on your design idea and a price offer. We will guide you as you consider the different offers and will answer any questions that you might have.
Once you have given us your agreement to the quotation a deposit of 60% will be charged before we start the 3D sketching process.
Step 3: See it come to life
The third step is visualizing your piece with high resolution 3D renderings, giving you the ability to instantly imagine what your jewel will look like in reality. We`ll adjust every detail until your jewel is as you dreamed.
Once the final 3D design is approved, our highly skilled experts will start the production and hand finish your jewel. From that moment, no more modifications or cancelations are accepted.
It takes approximately 1 to 6 weeks to create your unique jewel, depending on the model. For express service please contact

Step 4: Treasure it
Receive your custom piece, with the assurance it`s been made to wear and last a lifetime.
Our team will contact you when your unique jewel is ready to be picked up or shipped to your desired address. You will then pay the resting amount.
If you are interested in a specific design shown on our website, but would like to make some changes, we can send you a personal quotation.
You can choose to change the size(s), quality or color of the diamonds or change the diamonds into gemstones such as emeralds, sapphires, rubies etc. You can also choose to change the color of the gold into yellow, white or rose gold. Changing the diamond shape is also possible, we will then redesign the model for the required diamond shape.

What forms of payment does Modani accept?
Modani accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

Can I use multiple methods of payment on one order?
We currently accept only one form of payment per order.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us
quoting your order number for assistance.
Specific modifications such as changing the ring size, engraving, gold color or shipping address are accepted withing 24 hours after placing your order.
Cancelations of online purchases are only accepted within the first hour after you placed your order and are free of charges. Your payment will be cancelled immediately.
Please note that tailor-made designs cannot be cancelled after the 3D design is approved.
Is VAT included in the final price?
The Belgian BTW/VAT of 21% is included in the pricing of all Modani jewelry.
I have not received an order confirmation, what should I do?

How do I change information on my order after it has been placed?
In case you would like to modify information on your order such as; ring size, engraving, shipping address, etc. Please contact us
within the first twenty four hours after your purchase.
How can I change the ring size after my order?
You can find various tools to determine you ring size
on our Modani website before purchasing a ring. If you mistakenly selected the wrong ring size while placing your order, please contact us
within the first 24 hours to correct your order information.
Can I include a personalized message to my gift order?
Modani invites you to express yourself with a personalized gift message to accompany your purchase. You will be given the opportunity to write a message at checkout. The message will arrive with your package, printed and enclosed in an envelope.
Can I insure Modani jewelry?
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require an adult signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
You will receive the corresponding certificate and invoice of your purchase in case you would like to insure your Modani items privately at your insurance company.
