Models availability

All Modani jewels are created and assembled by hand with the utmost care to ensure exceptional quality. Some models take more time to produce due to their production complications and material sourcing, Such high standards naturally restrict our production capacity and, at times, the demand for our jewels outpaces this capacity.
Therefore, the availability of certain models may be limited. New Modani jewels are exclusively sold by Modani Antwerp store and online store, who receive regular deliveries and independently manage the allocation and sales of jewels to customers.
Official Modani sales team can provide information on the availability of rare gem pieces.

Return and Exchange Policy

This Return and Exchange Policy details your options on your right to cancel an order, how you can exchange your purchase and your rights in relation to obtaining a voucher.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your online order within the first hour after you have placed your order and are free of charges. To cancel your online purchase, you can contact our client service and follow the instructions that will be given to you, or you can send us an email to: info@modanidiamonds.com quoting your order number.

*Please note that tailor-made designs cannot be cancelled after the 3D design is approved by you.
Exchange process
Should you wish to exchange a product purchased on our website with another Modani product, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the exchange complies with our terms and conditions.

How to exchange an item online
To exchange a product online, contact us within 14 days upon your receipt and request an exchange via email.
Please include the following details:
  • Your order number
  • Reference number of your purchased product
  • Referenced number of the new product you want to exchange your purchase with
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • *Additional remarks
You will then receive more information and detailed guidelines for returning your order safely and secured. Items are accepted for exchange if returned within 30 days upon receipt and in perfect condition. To return a product, it must be placed its original Modani packaging, along with its corresponding Modani certificate(s), invoice and security tag. We recommend that you take all necessary measures to protect your product. Any item that has been returned incomplete, damaged, dirty, used or worn will not be accepted or exchanged.

Once we receive your returned product, you will get informed by mail. The jewelry item will go through careful examination before the exchange is processed, to ensure it replies to our terms and conditions. We cannot process exchanges on items that have been customized, worn, used, resized or damaged. Modani reserves the right to refuse exchanging any item that does not meet the above requirements according to its sole discretion. If your item replies to all our terms and conditions, we will approve your exchange and you may place a new order on our website. You can choose another available item with an equal, or higher value. Should a product be exchanged with a less expensive product, only the buyer of the returned product will be entitled to receive a voucher (valid for 1 year) of the price difference. Cash or card refunds are not available for returns or exchanges on our website or at our boutique.
Should a product be exchanged with a higher valued item, you will have to pay the price difference.

Of course, you are always more than welcome to visit our boutique and let us take care of your requirements.

Condition of exchanged products
We will verify that the returned product satisfies the conditions of our policy and, if so, then we will proceed with the exchange.
Modani products must be returned safely and secured in perfect condition, accompanied by the Modani packaging, Modani certificate, corresponding invoice and security tag.
If the product does not meet our terms and conditions, we will refuse the return, and the products will be sent back to you.
Products you cannot exchange
Modani does not allow returns, nor can we process exchanges on items that have been worn, used or damaged.

Items that have been personalized in any way or made for you with customized specifications, cannot be exchanged to us. This includes products that have been engraved or resized.
We do not offer refunds.

Modani jewelry are crafted with great care and expertise in our workshops, respecting our strict quality standards and control tests.

We pride ourselves on providing continuous premium service to all our Modani customers. This includes  complimentary jewelry ultrasonic cleaning for a lifetime and care and repair service for manufacturing defects under our two years warranty.

Modani offers complimentary resizing and/or engraving one time, within the first two years after the date of purchase. This one-time complimentary resizing service will only apply to ring shanks (bands) with no diamonds set on the lower half the shank and will not apply to shanks set with diamonds in their entirety. Therefore, we recommend our customers to pass on their correct ring size prior to ordering rings with diamonds all the way around the shank. Only Modani will determine if a ring is resizable and/or engravable. Rings will only be resized within two sizes up or down from their original size, unless Modani in its discretion, determines that it can be resized beyond this scope. Resizing and/or engraving requested beyond the one-time free offer, will be charged. The cost of a resize/engrave, beyond the one-time free offer, will be determined by Modani and depends on the individual design of the ring. We will inform the customer of the cost prior to implementation. As professionals with high level of expertise and knowhow, each request for an alteration will be examined by Modani and we will provide our best advice, service and care.

Your Modani item is warranted for a period of two years from the date of original purchase from our website or boutique. The warranty applies against any manufacturing defects under normal use, after such defects have been confirmed by our experts. This limited warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, lost, thefts or improper use. The Modani warranty excludes defects and damages caused by unauthorized modifications, as well as services, works and repairs performed by anyone other than a Modani Authorized Retailer.

If the product is returned during the warranty period, any manufacturing defect found by our experts will be, at Modani`s sole discretion, repaired free of charges. If it is determined that the damage is not a material or manufacturer defect, you`ll be given the option of having Modani repair your piece at a cost to you. Upon expiration of the warranty period, any repairs will be subject to a service charge.

This warranty extends to the original purchaser of the Modani product and to following owners of the product during the duration of the warranty. In order to benefit your warranty, you will be required to show the corresponding Modani certificate of the purchased product. You are therefore required to keep your certificate and documents with due care. For security reasons, we recommend you to keep the certificate and jewel separately.

In case of a manufacturing defect during the two years warranty period, you may obtain service by bringing or sending the product to our boutique. Any item purchased through our e-boutique with material or manufacturing defects, according to Modani`s sole discretion, will be shipped back to us for repair free of charges. You are responsible for shipping costs in case of damage caused by regular wear and tear, accidents or improper use. In any case, Modani will take professional care of your item and provide you the best repair service to assure your satisfaction. We recommend that any shipment to us is carried out by certified, trusted and insured shipping companies. All Modani items shipped back to us, should be packed safely in their original Modani packaging including their corresponding certificate(s).
