Once your order payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice. When your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive another confirmation email containing a tracking number that will allow you to track your order until delivery.
Your Modani item will be safely packed in our signature Modani boxes with its corresponding certificate(s). Online orders are sent to you from Belgium via a secure and tracked courier service to ensure your package arrives safely to your doorstep. We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. However, Modani is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences or delays during the shipment by the shipping company. We require an adult signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.
Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated in the order form. We decline all responsibility in the event of a delivery problem resulting from the provision of incorrect contact details on your part.
In case you need to modify your delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us within the first twenty four hours after your purchase. Cancelations of online purchases are only accepted within the first hour after you have placed your order and are free of charges. Your payment will be cancelled immediately.

The shipping time varies depending on the availability of the product, shipping company and destination. For items available for immediate purchase, please allow 1-5 working days for delivery. However, some items are only available within 3 to 4 weeks, which requires a longer delivery time. The availably of each item is mention on our website below the price tag. Please note that a custom made item takes approximately 1 to 6 weeks to design and create, depending on the model. You will be informed when your tailor-made item is ready to be picked up or delivered.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding bank or national holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following business day.
You can either chose to collect your order at our Modani boutique in Antwerp or have it shipped to your home address. To collect your order from our boutique, you will be required to show your order confirmation email and invoice.
Modani offers complimentary worldwide shipping service on orders over €1,000. For all orders below €1,000 shipped to EU countries, there is a €55 charge that will be added at checkout. Orders below €1,000 shipped to non- EU countries, will be charged with €95 shipping cost at checkout.
